Daniel M. McCleery has been headquartered in Quincy, Illinois practicing law throughout Illinois, Iowa, and Missouri for the last several years. The majority of that time he practiced law representing Defendants and insurance companies in personal injury cases in Illinois and Missouri. Over the years, he began handling more personal injury cases on behalf of the injured party and found it to be much more fulfilling and meaningful than working for corporations and insurance companies. He truly has a heart for the injured people in our community. With each personal injury case won, Dan's need to represent real people grew until he decided to dedicate 100% of his time to fighting for the injured, not a billion dollar insurance companies.
Dan has experience litigating personal injury cases big and small. From traumatic brain injuries to wrongful death cases, Dan has experience litigating and preparing cases to trial in both state and federal court. Dan understands that the most important aspect of representing an injured person is preparing each case to trial. Not settling early and cheap, but aggressively litigating your case so that you can receive as much compensation as possible. Insurance companies don't like the risks of trial.
